town. The name Rangaroon is of Lepcha origin and translates into ‘turning of the
great river’ - Rungdung Khola: the source of the stream is the Senchal Forest
and flows through the bottom section of this tea garden downwards to Pandam Tea

explore charm and clam of Himalaya. Main attractions of this picturesque
village are wide slopes of lush green tea garden, mighty Kanchenjunga on top of
the opposite hill. In day trip you also can visit few fabulous destinations
