How to Reach Barot

Barot located at very offbeat location, far away from hustle city life, and nearest airport is 125 km away (Bhuntar airport) near Kullu. Nearest railway station is Jogindernagar (narrow gauge), located around 40 km from Barot. Pathankot located around 190 km away from Barot Valley, it will take around 5 hrs to reach through Palampur – Jogindernagar - Ghatasni- Barot. Public starsnport like bus available up to Ghatasni, then reserve a car to Barot valley.

Best Season to Visit Barot

April, May and June is best time to visit Barot valley, Himachal Pradesh. Another best season is October – November to travel Barot and sounding town Mandi. Summer season starts around mind of April and continues till mid-June, after this monsoon arrives in the valley.
