Capital city Itanagar located around 500 kms away, nearest large town and major tourist destination is Aalo (along), located 175 km away. Direct road connectivity started recently from Along (Aalo). From Guwahati, you need to reach Aalo (Along) via silapathar, then from Aalo sumo services and shared jeeps are available for Menchukha. Nearest airport is Lilabari Airport, Assam (IXI), located around 425 km away.
